Loved this hotel, Kevin was great. It was clean, the breakfast was great, very easy location. I don’t love that the valet isn’t included, it was about 40 dollars a day I think? Unexpected expense, but basically the same as the parking garages around the vicinity. The views are great. Def will return

Everything is awesome about this hotel! Staff is friendly always! In the evenings when Kevin comes in shift if you need something he’s your guy! Location is great right off the river. Used valet service this trip and let me tell you… Miles is the best. I mean all the valet were but if you’ve got a truck Miles is the go to! Will definitely be back as we are making this our go to spot when in San Antonio

This was a good find for a clean, nice hotel that’s reasonably priced along the river. The home2suites shares a building with the Hampton. There was a choice of snacks and waters upon check in with my Hilton status, which I appreciated. The only understandable negative is mandatory valet parking at $50 a night. The decor is very Texas, down to the waffle maker and I’m here for it

We always enjoy our stays at Hilton. The valet parking was quick and the employees out there were kind and was quick. Reece helped up out most of our stay and he greeted us every time we dropped our car off or picked it up. I will be staying here again in the future!

I always enjoy my stay at this hotel and stay here very often for work. The front desk staff are consistently polite and make sure guests are well taken care of. As a Gold member, I’m always greeted with a warm smile, a friendly greeting, and my complimentary snacks, which is always appreciated. I always use the valet parking, and the valet staff are very welcoming and take great care of your car as soon as you pull up. A special shout-out goes to Denise, who takes excellent care of me when I have early morning flights. I let her know in advance what time I need my car, and without fail, when I come downstairs to check out, my car is already waiting. She works extremely hard to make sure all guests get their cars in a timely manner in the mornings. Another shout-out goes to Ameyalli at the front desk. Every morning before I head to work, she checks in on me and wishes me a good day. On one occasion, I had a very late arrival due to a delayed flight, and she made sure I was okay and comfortable during my late check-in, which meant a lot. The hotel itself is in a great location, within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions such as El Mercado, the Riverwalk, the Alamo, and La Villita Historic Arts Village. The rooms are spacious and include a small kitchen area. I highly recommend booking a room with a balcony or a view of the Riverwalk. I will continue to book this hotel for work whenever I’m in the area and highly recommend it to others.

Great experience overall the location, amenities, and room were all really nice! Miriam the front desk clerk was welcoming and friendly. The hotel Valet staff was very helpful when I had questions regarding the valet service and other parking options or even suggestions on things to do. The time from when I requested my car was about a 10-15 min wait which is not bad at all and I always got a text letting me know when they parked or went for my car. Lauren was helpful as well. The housekeeping was great as well they came in to tidy up the room place fresh towels and having a nicely made bed was nice after a long day of sightseeing.

WOW! This was a really great experience. The hotel parking was a bit expensive but the location, amenities, and room were all really nice! I loved the location and being adjacent to all of the fun things that the Riverwalk has to offer. The staff was always friendly and ready to help. Even when we arrived at 2:30 am, the front desk agent was kind and helpful. This property helps uphold the Hilton brand's commitment to top-tier service!
